About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Lytham. You’ll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments, you’ll help maintain a smooth and effective operation.

This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail, and a flexible approach are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accepting deliveries from external suppliers
• Unloading and distributing goods appropriately
• Loading finished goods for delivery
• Picking orders and preparing pallets
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Supporting wider warehouse operations as needed
• Maintaining and correctly using PPE
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Liaising with the Production team to coordinate deliveries
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
• Following SOPs and cleaning schedules
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Representing the company professionally to staff and visitors
