About the Role

Strategic Leadership in Recruitment

Develop Recruitment Strategy: Craft and implement the recruitment strategy across the group to align with our commercial goals.

Attract Top Talent: Initiate innovative recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract the best talent in the market.

SEO-Optimized Job Adverts: Ensure all job postings are optimized for maximum visibility and attractiveness.

Support and Guidance: Provide continuous support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Lead Recruitment Team: Manage and mentor the in-house recruitment team to excel in direct recruitment methods.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with departmental needs.

Senior Management Collaboration: Actively participate in Senior Management meetings to align talent strategies with overall business objectives.

Talent Planning: Develop comprehensive talent plans for all roles within the organization.

About You

Skills and Experience Needed

Proven Recruitment Leadership: At least five years of senior recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house role.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Demonstrated ability to proactively attract and recruit talent through platforms like LinkedIn and other direct methods.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills to effectively negotiate and persuade.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to the recruitment process and job advert creation.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, adapting to changing demands.

Job Advert Proficiency: Skilled in writing compelling and SEO-optimized job adverts.

Additional Information

Full-Time Role in Lytham, Lancashire This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week at our head office in Lytham. Please note, this role does not offer hybrid or remote working options.
